Roman Valent becomes the new champion of Switzerland with Tecnifibre

Tecnifibre is the new champion in Switzerland with Roman Valent. Romand Valent is a former Wimbledon juniors champion too. He decided to be back on the Tour in 2010. Congratulations to him!

Playing tennis in Austria ? Better try it indoor...

Dear TF fans,

This week I have been travelling to Austria for my first visit in this country with Tecnifibre. For a first visit, I have not been disappointed...After flight cancelation because of bad weather conditions, I finally arrived in Linz to start our business Tour with our distributor Connective Sport, located in Vocklamarkt, near to Salzburg in west part of the country.

Tennis has some interesting potential and Tecnifibre, which had always many difficulties to perform in Austria, is launching now some new campaigns there with our local distributor. We have already found some great TF fans in some part of the countries and these will for sure help us to market the brand strongly in the coming months and years. Among them, Mr Moitzi and his team from JUDENBURG, who have created there a real Tecnifibre pro shop in his Indoor tennis place.

 

A BIG thank you also to Janko Tisparevic, who performed well in ATP Vienna the week before (semi final). This performance opened for sure some new doors for Tecnifibre in this country.

 Tecnifibre sponsors a very original event in Philipinnes this year, called "Philippine Ladies Tennis League", organized by ladies from different clubs in metro manila. The event will run through Sep 28 to Oct 23. This is a good opportunity for Tecnifibre to show its interest into the women tennis needs. Thanks to our distributor over there, ATHLETICO.

Mons Challenger. Tecnifibre was the official stringer

   

One year more! Tecnifibre was the official stringer in Mons (Belgium) this year again for the most famous Challenger tourament in the world. Dieter Calle, from Tecnifibre belgium and two shops have strung pro players' rackets all week long. A clinic with Justine Henin has been organized. Dieter strung a racket as fast as possible and the 20 closest persons to give the real time could play with former n°1.

Squash fan in Korea.

Dear TF squash fans,

I wanted absolutely to show you an incredible Squash specialist from Seoul, that I met during my Tour in Korea this week, Youngsan Sports. South Korean shops are very famous for proposing so many brands and so many products on shelves, but this shop can be considered as a strong squash specialist, representing alone about 10% of global Korean market. (see pictures). Naturally you will find in this shop also numerous Tecnifibre Squash products. Among them also now TF tennis strings, since this shop is enlarging its activities to tennis. 

If you need a specific advise, ask Jim and say you come from me. I am sure you will find the right product there. Hopefully a TF one ! ;-))

From Japan to South Korea

Hello TF fans,

after a few days in Tokyo, we keep on travelling around Asia. At the moment, we are staying in Seoul, where we visit our new distributor, the company WOORI Corporation. This new Tecnifibre distributor started with the brand about 3 months ago and had already great results on his market thanks to successful re-introduction and exhibitions (see pictures). CONGRATULATIONS!

I was very glad to see that Tecnifibre has still lots of fans in South Korea. Thus, we can find again in Korea numerous shops proposing the new Tecnifibre products, such as strings, rackets, bags for both tennis and squash.

We wish WOORI Corp. and his Korean customers good luck and successes for the future with TF products!!!

Tecnifibre gives products to help tennis in Africa

Every year, Tecnifibre coaches in France switch their rackets. Many products have to be stocked in Tecnifibre offices. Tecnifibre decided to give this material to the french federation in order to help some other countries where tennis is growing up. Please find below some picture taken in Togo where we can see all the material given to the african federation. Tecnifibre is proud to help theses countries to develop tennis and give the possibility to play tennis all over the world. More than 100 rackets, balls, bags are going to be used over there... 

  

One day in 6th Sense Academy...

 

Tecnifibre signs with 6th Sense, the tennis academy created by Justine Henin & Carlos Rodriguez

                                       

Tecnifibre has just signed a new partnership with the academy launched by Justine Henin and Carlos Rodriguez, the 6th Sense Academy.

6th Sense has 2 academies. One in Belgium, the other in the USA. Tecnifibre becomes the official tennis partner with Adidas. It means that our brand equips now all the coaches in the academies. 20 in Belgium and 10 in the USA.

All players of the 6th Sense academies will play with Tecnifibre "Club" ball. That's a very good opportunity for us to improve our visibility on balls.

This new partnership also permits to all junior players under contract with Tecnifibre to try the academy 1 week. Furthermore, all players from the academy could get an international contract with Tecnifibre. 

It will be also possible for Tecnifibre to use the complex to organize meetings and so on...

Tecnifibre is really proud to be the partner of 6th Sense academy and hopes that this union will be a success in the next years.
