Visiting shops in Fukuoka City, Japan

This week I am in Fukuoka, west Japan for the National High School Invitational Tennis Championships which features all the top high schools in the country. (Blog on this will appear at a later date). After the opening ceremony today,

Dscf1489

I visited some shops with our agent in West Japan (pictured on the right in the photo) around the city to see Tecnifibre's presence in the area. I came across one shop which I think should deserve a special mention. The shop is called "Tennis Media" and opened only just recently (december 2007).  He has decided to specialise only in Tecnifibre strings.

As you can see from the photo, the shop owner (on the left) is a proud owner of the TF8000 stringing machine and the new Tecnifibre Tuning Centre (TTC). He also sells the whole Tecnifibre range sold in Japan.

For those of you from Fukuoka reading this, the shop's address is 福岡県太宰府市通古賀3-11-21 just outside 都府桜前駅。

The whole of the Tecnifibre team in France and Japan wishes Tennis Media a succesful season ahead!
